How to Get White Teeth 

1. Custom-made mouthguards (we call them trays) are made using casts of your teeth, and we then show you how to place a safe bleaching gel on to your teeth at home.
2. You wear the mouthguards for approximately 60 minutes a day, depending on your individual need.
3. With home whitening, your teeth can be up to 5 shades lighter in about two to four weeks.
