Hygienist/Therapist Vacancy at York Place Dental

From time to time team members move on. I always hope that the departure is a friendly one, and that the person leaving has gained something in their time working with us at YPD, as well having had the chance to add their own flavour to the standards of care that we are rightly proud of. That, after all, is the best way for all concerned.

So it is with a mixture of sorrow and pride that we are saying goodbye to the lovely Mrs Jane Roddam in April. Many of you will have been looked after by her, and will know her for her calm nature and gentle Northumbrian accent. Jane joined us as an experienced dental professional, but newly qualified Hygienist/Therapist and quickly settled in as a key part of our team. No matter what the weather, she'd always manage the 100 mile round trip on time and with a smile on her face. She has now taken on a part time tutor role at Newcastle Dental Hospital and has also decided to take a practice job somewhat closer to her home in the North East - and she does so with our blessing.

This creates a key vacancy in our preventive team and we are now looking to replace Jane. So, if you yourself are looking for a new direction, or know of anyone who may be interested in a new venture, please read on - we would love to talk!
